Nightly Rates
- Dec-Mar; $300/weeknight, $450/weekend night
- Apr-June 15: $450/weeknight, $575 weekend night
- June 16-Aug 31: $3600/week
- Holiday rates (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's): $4200/week
- Weeknight rates apply Sun-Thurs. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- Cleaning fee (house, linens, spa): $150. San Mateo County Hotel Tax: 10%, Damage Deposit: $750
- 50% to book, 50% due 60 days prior to check-in
- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis with advance notice only

How to book
- First, visit our online calendar where you can submit your inquiry directly for a response within 24 hours. Please include your group size, age ranges, and a phone number or email address where we can reach you.
- Link to our Online Calendar
- We'll reply with availability, rates and instructions for starting the booking process.
- Once we have the signed rental agreement and 50% payment, your dates are reserved.
- The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to check-in, at which time we'll send you directions and check-in instructions.
- 14 days prior to check-in, we'll send you a personalized keycode that opens our front door for the duration of your stay.
- Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am
- 14 days after you check out, if everything was left in good condition, we'll return your damage deposit.
Restrictions
- Renters must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by their parent/guardian.
- Our home is strictly a non-smoking home.
- Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
Payment
- 50% payment is required to book dates, the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to check-in
- Payment can be made by personal or local bank check, major credit card, Paypal or wire transfer
